Absolutely. While our three standard packages cover the most common needs, we understand that every organisation is unique. If you would like to combine elements — for example, adding one-to-one coaching to the Foundations package or reducing the number of workshops in the Accelerator — simply get in touch and we will build a tailored proposal. There is no obligation, and we are happy to work within your budget constraints.
Yes. We offer volume pricing for organisations enrolling three or more participants in the same programme cohort. Discounts typically range from 10 to 20 per cent depending on group size and programme duration. For teams of ten or more, the Enterprise package often provides the best value because it includes unlimited participant capacity and dedicated facilitation.
Our 360-degree feedback process gathers anonymous input from your direct reports, peers and line manager using a validated leadership competency questionnaire. We supplement the quantitative data with short qualitative interviews (typically three to five stakeholders) to capture nuance. You then receive a comprehensive report and a one-hour debrief session with your coach to translate insights into a focused development plan.
All of our programmes are available in fully virtual, fully in-person or hybrid formats. Virtual workshops are delivered via secure video conferencing with interactive breakout rooms, digital whiteboards and real-time polling. We have found that a hybrid approach — combining face-to-face kick-off and closing sessions with virtual modules in between — often delivers the strongest engagement and the most practical flexibility for busy leaders.
For the Foundations and Accelerator packages, we require a 30 per cent deposit upon booking, with the balance due before the first session. Enterprise engagements are typically invoiced in monthly instalments aligned with programme milestones. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards. If your organisation requires purchase order processing or specific invoicing formats, we are happy to accommodate.
